Today is the perfect day for this post. Last night we had a winter storm come through that brought freezing rain and then snow. Lots and lots of snow. So I thought for today’s post it would be fitting to bring you some options for winter boots. A lot of times when it comes to winter boots we either have to pick something that is cute, but isn’t going to keep our feet dry and warm, or something that just isn’t all that cute and has us feeling like we are about to climb Mt. Everest. So if you don’t want to wrap a bread bag around your feet before putting your boots on, take a look at some of these stylish winter boots.
Cozy And Warm
Since we all live in different areas of snowfall, or no snowfall at all, I wanted to bring you some different options that you can choose from. This first set of winter boots are good for transitioning from fall to winter, or perfect if you live in an area that doesn’t get a lot of snow. With just about all of these boots, you are going to want to put some sort of water proofing on them. Personally, I am not a fan of Uggs or boots that look like them. If that style of boot is something you are looking for, then here are some options for you. I do have to admit that I am actually kinda liking the white winter boots with the embroidery and the plaid ones!
This next set of boots are perfect for me. These are the ones you want if you get snow and need to take the dogs out. Now that I am getting…..older-ish in age, I am loving these types of winter boots more and more. They are cute and give me that preppy feel. All of these boots are going to give you good traction. If your office complex doesn’t like to put salt down, these will help! You can also tuck your pants into these so you don’t have to worry about ruining them.
For my last set of boots I went with a snow bunny feel. If you are wanting something that looks cute and keeps you warm when you’re hitting the slopes, these are for you. Even though winter boots like these are meant more for function than fashion, you should still be able to get something you like and enjoy wearing. I love that companies are adding more color to these boots. The fur lining in these are definitely going to keep you warm.
Hopefully you were able to find a pair in the style you are looking for! Which type of winter boot is your style?
